You agree not to exceed the rate limits associated with your plan, attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or access controls, share your API tokens with unauthorized third parties, or use the API in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of cnpj-api.com. The data provided through the API originates from public records of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil) and is subject to the applicable public data usage regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall cnpj-api.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
